Mel Fisher Treasure Museum – Digital Interactive & AV Media

We designed, developed, and produced an immersive treasure hunting digital interactive and AV experience for the Mel Fisher Treasure Museum in Sebastian, Florida. We worked closely with the museum to re-imagine a small gallery area for the digital exhibit, produce the digital interactive experience, and specify and install the AV hardware. The interactive multimedia software allows visitors to select between dive sites of well-known ship wrecks off the Florida coast, begin their dive, scan the ocean floor with a metal detector, and uncover artefacts that were discovered by the renowned treasure hunter Mel Fisher. The treasure hunting app combines live-action footage, imagery, illustration, sound design, and animation to educate visitors on the shipwrecks and their locations, artefacts, and conservation.
